![]() ![]() What I know about it is it has a oil leak ,I think its the valve covers but not sure. But everything is there, all original & untouched ,perfect for a restoration. This one will need painting, and some other work to be really nice. Then I found a older restored Sprint / Caballero that I like better. Will make a great restoration project or great old original driver for the handyman in your family. It This is a good truck for 30 years old & 87,000 miles. The parts will go with the truck to the next owner. cap, rotor, plug wires but it ran so good I never got around to doing it. I have all the parts to do the brakes ,calipers ,front hoses ,pads ,rear shoes & wheel cylinders. I changed the oil & put on new tires and have been driving it as is. The family kept it running in hopes it would return to the road. It sat almost unused for 15 years due to the owners health. I bought it a few months ago from a dealer that found it in a estate sale. The floor pans were replaced in the restoration and are holding up just fine. I do not have a way of getting pics underneath but have tried to take some from the ground. The factory color was a rare Suntan Copper with gray interior with tinted glass. This was an original west coast built car. The car has just come out of an extended dry storage so some tinkering could be required but I have gone through quite a bit of it. It drives well.Any rust issues seem to have been addressed in the restoration and holding up well as there is no rust showing through the paint. The transmission is a 3spd on the column and shifts well. The bed is not beat up and the bed trim does not have any holes in it. headliner has one small tear in the very back corner that is rarely seen. The interior is still nice with no rips or tears in the seat.
